FC-NET is a project proposal submitted in response to the PO FESR 2007–2013 Call – Operational Objective 2.1 – Development of Extended Networks for Research and Innovation in Campania’s Technological Supply Chains – Measure A: System Actions for the Internationalization of the Technological Supply Chain.
The planned activities focus on implementing internationalization and economic cooperation initiatives aimed at enhancing external visibility, increasing the competitiveness of the proposing consortium, and fostering the growth of companies involved in the Fuel Cell Lab. The objective is to enable them to enter the global market with an integrated strategy centered on innovation, internationalization, training, and access to credit.
In this context, innovation is the main objective of the project: innovation in technologies aimed at energy savings and environmental impact reduction; innovation in business models, work processes, and in the relationship with the environment, the local territory, and the market.

This will enable the proponents to pursue their mission of driving innovation in key energy sectors, while continuing to grow and remain self-sustaining through funding, capital investment, and private financing.
Attracting private investment, however, depends not only on the quality of the activities carried out, but above all on the ability of the actors to work as a system and to enhance research by creating new products and systems—focusing on their development, engineering, and industrialization within a supply chain logic.
Research and innovation will be further enhanced through participation in European and national funding programs available for the implementation of innovations in the field of energy efficiency. These include initiatives aimed at developing new energy sources (renewable energy), less polluting conversion technologies, and energy-saving policies.
Additionally, the training of specialized personnel for the management of innovation and research is essential to effectively assess the outcomes achieved in real-world settings.
The approach to achieving these results will be based on a joint analysis of the challenges faced by both private and public stakeholders, with the goal of identifying technically and strategically sound solutions. This will make it possible to initiate activities along research lines that are not only advantageous internally, but also applicable externally in collaboration with local businesses.
